my quarterly post.
- I seem to post once every few months, i am kind of lazy and apathetic about the internet(s) in general lately. I blame steve jobs, republicans, and college football.
- Steve Jobs: Ever since I started using the iphone, my approach to the world wide web has been altered. Everything must fit into 140 characters, and more specifically everything must fit into a 480-by-320 display. Which is great for twitter and reading blogs, it just make things more challenging for facebook and actually composing blogs. In addition, the google/blogger app is less than satisfying on the iphone. I get the whole iOS/Android competition, but come on google, I may actually switch to wordpress like the rest of the internet(s).
- Republicans: I blogged a lot more under a republican administration. Them deciding not to run a legitimate candidate in 2008, was a small factor in me not blogging as much the last couple years. Plus, politicians are easy to blame, just take a look at washington...
- College football: I love college football... :)
